In 1983, Marble Slab Creamery started with one store in Houston, Texas. Within six months, the Marble Slab concept was being offered to franchisees. Today there are more than 500 stores open in 14 countries and more under development worldwide.
We acquired the rights to the Canadian Franchise in 2003 in Calgary, Alberta. In the 20 years since, we have grown to 100 stores nationally with another 15 currently under development.
We have built our reputation by specializing in the customizable ice cream segment of the frozen dessert market. Our brand concept has continued to grow strong, built on the foundation that today's consumers value their experience just as much as the quality of the product.
